Not seeking out people’s faults and mistakes 4. Thinking best of what appears from people’s mistakes 5. Seeking peoples forgiveness 6. Bearing harm from others 7. Reproaching one self for shortcomings 8. Focusing on one's own faults 9. Have a cheerful presence 10. Speak well The Prophet ﷺ said: “Fear Allah wherever you are, follow a bad deed with a good deed and it will erase it, and behave with good character towards people.” - [Sunan al-Tirmidhi - Sahih] The greatest reminder one can give another is to be people of taqwa , which means to be aware of their Lord in every moment of their lives. This includes when we are among people or alone, in public or in private.
