Safety on the bridge over Hellfire

بسم اللّٰه والحمد اللّٰه والصلاة واسلام على رسول اللّٰه - By Ruh The Prophet (ﷺ) said about the siraat: ..Then the bridge will be laid across Hell." We, the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What is the bridge?' He said, "It is a slippery (bridge) on which there are clamps and (Hooks like) a thorny seed that is wide at one side and narrow at the other and has thorns with bent ends. Such a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa'dan. Some of the believers will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as lightning, a strong wind, fast horses or she-camels. So some will be safe without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell (Fire). The last person will cross by being dragged (over the bridge)." - [Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim] Commenting on the above hadith, An-Nawawi (RH) said: The words “So some will be safe without any harm…”

The Day of Increase - Ibn al-Qayyim

بسم الله والحمد الله وصلاة وسلام على رسول الله - By Ruh An extract from the book Haadi al-Arwaah ilaa Bilaad il-Afraah (Guide of the Souls to the Lands of Joy) by Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah   have Mercy on him: And if you ask about the Day of Increase (in reward) and the visit of the all-Mighty, all-Wise, and the sight of His Face - free from any resemblance or likeness to anything - as you see the Sun in the middle of the day and the full Moon on a cloudless night, then listen on the day that the caller will call: 'O People of Paradise! Your Lord - Blessed and Exalted - requests you to visit Him, so come to visit Him!' So they will say: 'We hear and obey!' Until, when they finally reach the wide valley where they will all meet - and none of them will turn down the request of the caller - the Lord - Blessed and Exalted - will order His Chair to be brought there. Then, pulpits of light will emerge, as well as pulpits of pearls, gemstone, gold, and silver. The lowest of the

Finding Jannah

بسم الله والحمد الله وصلاة وسلام على رسول الله - By Ruh It is important to note that we do not find Jannah through our deeds, rather our deeds help us find the Pleasure and Mercy of Allah (ﷻ), and by the Mercy of Allah (ﷻ) do we find Jannah. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Follow the right course, seek nearness to Allah, and give glad tidings. Verily, none of you will enter Paradise by his deeds alone.” They said, “Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Not even me, unless Allah grants me his mercy. Know that the most beloved deed to Allah is that which is done regularly, even if it is small.” - [Sahih al-Bukhair & Sahih Muslim] When it comes to finding Jannah, it is explained in the following hadith: It is narrated on the authority of Jabir that a man came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, what are the two things quite unavoidable? He replied: He who dies without associating anyone with Allah would (necessarily) enter Paradise and he who dies
