al-Ruh: Feed The Soul

بسم الله والحمد الله وصلاة وسلام على رسول الله - By Ruh Some advice on how to increase within our hearts a connection with Allah ﷻ: 1. Increasing in fear of Allah ﷻ Allah ﷻ Says: “And they fall down on their faces weeping” - [Al-Isra 17:109] We should be careful becoming comfortable with sin, we should ponder on what end we would meet were we to die in the state of sin, in a state of darkness; a death without repentance: "One of the righteous people used to weep night and day, and something was said to him about that. He said: “I am afraid that Allah will see me committing sin and will say: ‘Go away from Me for I am angry with you.’” Hence Sufyan used to weep and say: “I am afraid that my faith will be taken away at the moment of death.” Faddalah ibn Sayfi used to weep a great deal. A man entered upon him when he was weeping and said to his wife: “What is the matter with him?” She said: “He says that he wants to undertake a long journey and he does not have proper provision for it

It is a guidance for us, from our Creator and He Created us to be weak: Allah ﷻ Says: And it is Allah’s Will to lighten your burdens, for humankind was created weak.. - [an-Nisa 4:28] Allah ﷻ Knows our hardships and He has Provided us guidance to overcome them, motivating, inspiring and opening paths for us through many ways, so as to Lighten that burden, and Allah ﷻ is true to His Promise: Allah ﷻ Says: O humanity! Indeed, Allah’s promise is true. So do not let the life of this world deceive you, nor let the Chief Deceiver deceive you about Allah. - [Faatir 35:5] Life brings with it many hardships and trials. Sometimes they can hit us so hard that we fall into darkness, but know that this is all from Allah ﷻ so that He can bring out the best in us and to Forgive us: Allah ﷻ Says:
